What happens when two of the biggest forces shaping our future—climate change and an aging population—collide? In his groundbreaking book Climate Change in an Aging Society, renowned author and scholar Dr. Rick Moody delivers a wake-up call for anyone who’s 50+, or who loves someone who is.

In this eye-opening interview, Dr. Moody will reveal:

  • Why older adults face unique health, safety, and economic risks in a warming world
  • The hidden connections between “aging in place” and surviving extreme weather events
  • How older Americans can turn concern into powerful climate action—right now
  • Surprising ways your consumer choices and retirement investments can make a real difference
  • Why hope, not despair, is the most powerful climate survival tool we have

You’ll hear real-life stories of “eco-elders” making change in their communities, learn the facts that most climate reports leave out, and leave inspired to take meaningful steps—whether you’re 65 or 35.

This is more than an author interview—it’s a call to action for every generation to protect our health, homes, and future. Don’t miss the chance to be informed, empowered, and reminded that it’s never too late to make a difference.
