How I Work
I coach my clients 3 times a month during regularly scheduled
30-minute phone calls. I'm also available for unlimited email volley
between sessions and quick pick up calls (5-10 minutes) when
you're stuck, need support or have something to celebrate. To get
started, I require a minimum commitment of three months. I feel
it takes that long for us to build a trust, focus and momentum and
really get into the flow of our coaching relationship.
Most clients end up staying on average 6 months to a year
depending on the size of the gap between where they are now in their
lives and where they want to be. Some clients work with me over a longer
period, and keep upping the ante to create more and more miracles in
their lives.
By the way, I limit the number of clients I work with at any
given time. I like to create and sustain quality relationships with my
clients and find I can't do that if I'm juggling too many at one time.
I believe there's the right coach for every client. I only work with
clients who are a good fit. After our initial consultation, if you
want coaching and feel I'm not the right coach for you, I'll happily
refer you to one of the terrific coaches in my network.
